If I die, here I am
在这南方的八月之秋里死去
Died in the southern autumn of August
如果我的亲人、妻子和朋友
If my family, wife and friends
如果你们还是幸福的，我绝对不会
If youre still happy, Im not
绝对不会给你们留下任何东西
Theres absolutely nothing left for you

随时都会有器官在这里丢失
There will be organ loss here at any time

被太阳考验的八月里的尸体
The bodies of August tested by the sun

如果我死了，在这
If I die, here
这次孤独的斜城1里，孤独的
This time its a lonely ramp, lonely
一言不发孤独的死去
Say nothing and die alone
如果这是我的额头最后一次爆发
If this is the last eruption of my forehead
我的身体和文字将会被惊动
My body and my writing will be disturbed
惊动所有隔山隔水的诗人们
The poet who stirs every mountain and every river
和所有孤独的穷人
And all the lonely poor
如果不能，或者没来的及
If you cant, or already cant
所有的血液将在大地上繁殖
All blood will breed on the earth
直到中国的知识分子和病人
Until Chinese intellectuals and patients
——开始哭泣
Began to cry

注释1：
  “斜城”指现贵州省毕节市大方县，由于该县城地理环境处于倾斜地态，2015年12月8日诗人笔若曾为自己的故乡（贵州省毕节市大方县）作过一首歌《斜城》，该首歌曲由军队知名音乐人“MC小弦”演唱，随后便有了“斜城”这一词。本诗歌创作于2018年8月30日晚上8点于大方县人民医院病房。

It creates:
"Tilt of the city" refers to the dafang county in guizhou province bijie city now, because the county geographical environment in sloping ground state, December 8, 2015 if the poets pen to our hometown (guizhou province bijie city dafang) made a song the tilt of the city, the songs sung by famous musician "MC small string", and then with the word "tilt of the city". This poem is written at 8pm on August 30, 2018 in the ward of peoples hospital of dafang county.
